… as agent input

- ./run.sh --issue 42: a one-off task built from issue #42 (title, body,
maintainers' comments) on an issue/42-<slug> branch. Bash makes sure the
PR carries "Closes #42", so the merge closes the issue.
- ./run.sh --address-review 17: checks out PR #17's branch and hands the
agent every review summary, inline comment (file:line) and conversation
comment; the agent pushes to the same PR. An automated PR then continues
to CI and auto-merge (with --ci-retries); a blocked or plan PR goes back
to you — revising a plan PR from review comments ("split item 3") is a
  first-class use.
- Prompt-injection guard: only text from maintainers (OWNER, MEMBER,
COLLABORATOR) and never from bots reaches a prompt; an outsider's issue
is refused until re-run with --trust-input. Prompts frame GitHub text as
  data that cannot override AGENTS.md.
- --task, --issue and --address-review share one flow (run_oneoff): model
fallback from main, labels, merge wait, CI auto-fix, history, notify.

Private repos need "Issues: Read-only" on the agent token for --issue
(documented in SETUP.md and setup-github.sh).
